- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes, optional
- 3/4 tsp ground coriander
- 3/4 tsp ground white pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and use your hands to mix thoroughly. Cover and allow to rest in the refrigerator overnight to blend the flavors. May be used immediately or frozen.
